Which path is right for you?
Use this simple guide to clarify where you are, what you need most, and which container will support you best right now. Both programs are grounded in nervous system awareness, somatic work, and practical integration, each with a slightly different emphasis.
Start with how you currently feel:
- Your body feels stuck in survival mode (hypervigilant, shut down, or swinging between both).
- You notice repeating relational patterns that feel hard to change, even when you “know better.”
- You want slow, sustainable healing at the root level, not quick fixes.
If this sounds like you, Rooted & Rewired will likely be the best fit.
Or, notice your patterns around thinking and doing:
- You tend to live in your head, overthinking, second-guessing, or analyzing every decision.
- You’ve done traditional therapy or coaching and want a more structured, tools-based approach.
- You’re ready to create new mental habits and supportive systems you can actually maintain.
If this resonates, Cognitive Harmony is likely your best starting point.
Still unsure? Many clients move through both programs over time. We can talk about where to begin in a free consultation.

Common questions
If you’re wondering about something that isn’t answered here, you’re always welcome to ask on our consultation call.
How do I know if I’m ready for this work?
You don’t need to have perfect language for what you’re experiencing. If you’re feeling the pull to slow down, to understand yourself with more compassion, or to finally shift patterns that feel exhausting, that’s usually a good sign you’re ready. We’ll explore your readiness and capacity together on our consultation call.
What happens on the consultation call?
The consultation is a 20 to 30 minute Zoom call where we talk about what’s bringing you here, what you hope to experience instead, and what support feels sustainable. I’ll share which program (if any) I recommend, what working together could look like, and you’ll have space to ask questions. There’s no pressure to decide on the spot.
Is this therapy?
No. While my work is informed by trauma theory, attachment, and nervous system science, this is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment. I do not diagnose, treat, or manage mental illness. Coaching focuses on present-moment patterns, skills, and support, and I’ll always refer out if therapy or another level of care is more appropriate.
Can I move from one program to the other?
Yes. Many clients begin in one container and later shift into the other as their needs and capacity change. We’ll check in regularly about what’s working, what you’re needing, and whether a different structure or focus would serve you better.
Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale options?
I believe this work should be as accessible as possible while honoring my capacity and expertise. Payment plans are available for all programs, and I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots. We’ll talk openly about options on the consultation call so you can make an informed choice.
