Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: January 30, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all programs, services, retreats, immersions, live events, live group sessions, memberships, digital products, educational materials, and experiences offered by Collective Healing Arts LLC, a Utah limited liability company, Jessica Endicott, and all affiliated brands and programs, including Cognitive Harmony™ and Rooted & Rewired™ (collectively, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Company’s Terms & Conditions and constitutes a material term of every transaction.

By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. All Sales Final, No Refunds or Credits

All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds, credits, transfers, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Once payment is submitted, the transaction is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable, regardless of whether the participant attends, completes, or benefits from the offering.

2. No Exceptions

No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Illness, injury, medical conditions, or health concerns
  • Mental or emotional discomfort
  • Allergies, sensitivities, or adverse reactions
  • Travel delays, cancellations, or missed transportation
  • Weather events or natural conditions
  • Family, personal, or work-related emergencies
  • Scheduling conflicts or changes in personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with the experience
  • Early departure, partial attendance, or failure to attend
  • Inability to participate due to physical, emotional, or psychological reasons
  • Failure to follow program instructions or guidelines
  • Removal or termination due to violation of Terms & Conditions

This Policy applies regardless of fault, foreseeability, or hardship.

3. Live Events, Retreats & Limited-Capacity Services

For live events, retreats, immersions, and group-based offerings:

  • Enrollment is limited
  • Space, staff, venues, materials, and resources are reserved in advance
  • Costs are incurred regardless of attendance

Accordingly, all such services are deemed non-cancellable services once payment is processed.

4. Digital Programs, Memberships & Online Content

For digital programs, memberships, courses, recordings, and online materials:

  • Access is granted immediately or upon scheduled release
  • Digital access constitutes delivery of services

No refunds or credits are issued once access is granted, regardless of usage.

5. Payment Plans

Payment plans, if offered, are provided solely as a convenience.

  • Payment plans do not alter this no-refund policy
  • You remain financially responsible for all payments
  • Failure to complete payment obligations does not entitle you to a refund or release you from liability

Nonpayment may result in revocation of access without refund.

6. Force Majeure, No Refunds

The Company shall not be liable for delays, modifications, interruptions, relocations, postponements, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God
  • Natural disasters or severe weather
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Government orders or travel restrictions
  • Facility closures
  • Infrastructure failures

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued due to force majeure events. Any alternative arrangements offered are voluntary, discretionary, and do not create a contractual obligation or precedent.

7. Removal, Termination & Conduct-Based Disqualification

If a participant is removed, restricted, or terminated for any reason including:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior
  • Intoxication or substance use
  • Misuse of intellectual property
  • Failure to comply with community standards

No refund, credit, or reimbursement will be issued.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes through banks, credit card companies, or payment processors (including Stripe, Affirm, Klarna, or similar services).

Any chargeback initiated in violation of this Policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms & Conditions. The Company reserves the right to:

  • Dispute chargebacks
  • Submit proof of policy disclosure and participant consent
  • Recover administrative, processing, and legal fees
  • Revoke access permanently

9. Non-Transferability

All registrations, enrollments, and purchases are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or transfer participation to another individual under any circumstances.

10. Minor Participation

If a minor is permitted to participate with parental consent:

  • The parent or legal guardian is financially responsible
  • This Refund Policy applies fully
  • No refunds will be issued for removal, withdrawal, or termination of a minor’s participation

11. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Acknowledgment

By completing registration or submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Policy
  • You agree that all sales are final
  • You waive any right to refunds, credits, or chargebacks
